It is important for your survivors to know your wishes and to have contact information for your funeral home or the organization to which you want your body donated.

1. Call the funeral home that will handle the arrangements, OR call the organization to which the person's body will be donated.
2. Call the minister, priest, rabbi, lawyer - whoever is appropriate.
3. Survivors arrange for a funeral ceremony or memorial celebration, if desired.
4. Survivors write the obituary and pay for it directly to the Ithaca Journal or the newspaper of their choice.
